Dr. Amanda Peterson
About
Dr. Amanda became a chiropractor out of a deep passion for helping people live healthier, more vibrant lives. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri, where she graduated as one of the most highly awarded students in her class. She received the Chiropractic Science Division Award in recognition of her exceptional adjusting technique.
Dr. Amanda has dedicated countless hours to advanced study in chiropractic care and current research, with special emphasis on scoliosis management, as well as prenatal and pediatric care. She is certified in the Webster Technique for pregnancy care and has completed over 200 hours of pediatric training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
Dr. Amanda believes that God designed the body to heal itself when it is properly supported. She is passionate about educating and empowering her patients to live healthy, active lifestyles so they can function at their best.
Dr. Amanda is a proud mother of a son who has received chiropractic care since birth, as well as a bonus son. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active, and living out her faith in daily life.
In 2017, Dr. Amanda survived the Las Vegas shooting on October 1st, sustaining multiple life-threatening injuries, including spinal fractures and damage to several internal organs. God’s grace, along with her prior commitment to health and chiropractic care, were key factors in her survival and recovery. Her story stands as a testament to resilience, faith, and the body’s incredible ability to heal.
While Dr. Amanda specializes in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care, she warmly welcomes patients of all ages, genders, and stages of life.
